Hello. I have recently acquired a 1997 towlite and am facing the same rebuild you performed. Would you mind sharing how you constructed the lower main beams and how you were able to reuse the original camper skin? Have you had any issues with the repairs holding up? Thanks in advance for your thoughts

Sorry about the late reply. I didn't realize I had private messages. I used 4x8 sheets of white polywall from Lowe's. I wanted to make sure if it ever had a leak, it wouldn't make the wall seperate again. It also makes a good solid white satin finish for the iterior walls. ( no wallpaper to fool with). I also used blue board styrofoam and the original fiberglass all glued together with gorilla glue.

What materials did you use to finish the interior walls?
