Just found another issue. When I opened the top of the Dutch door, pieces of rotten wood fell out of the bottom of the door. Then I noticed a stain on the top area of the window curtain on the door so I suspect a leak in the door window. Has anybody had to do this repair before - find and fix the leak on the door window AND then of course how to fix the area with the rotted wood? Please, someone say
