Okay so as someone pointed out to someone on another site wheel bearings on a trailer are very important... We have a utility trailer that is around 15 years old we have never replaced the bearings on it.. and my hi lo trailer i'm sure no one has ever replaced them cause that is just my luck...

the hydraulics work now... is there a way to disconnect the cables with the top half raised? just thought if you could then it be easier to just cut 4x4s the height of the upper half raised. then release the cables and then jack it the few inches to get it over im guessing it will just slide up...

The septic tank was put In in 2001 when they put the home here, so it's not all that old. Parents purchased in 2007, Our old house they had one put in around 1977 and we were still using it in 2007 just fine. I'm sure depends on the size of them.
