On my 2006 Hi-Lo I had to replace control board in the Dometic refrig. The refrig was not cooling on any mode. I purchased the control board thru Dinosaur Electronic, Inc online. It was not hard to install and have had no problems since.

Do not know city rules where you live but here in Ft Worth you are allowed to park the camper for 72 hours in the street at the curb. This is for loading and unloading, etc. Not sure if your HOA has any control over that.

On my 1990 Hi-Lo I used a big hair dryer to warm up the paper as I pulled it off. It was actually on the ceiling and was more of a stretchy vinyl than paper. Once off, I primed and then painted the panels blue. Was easy and did not take a lot of time. The heat was the trick.

Are you positive that it is a bad pump? On my last Hi-Lo the solenoid went out and it stopped raising. Bought one for a few bucks and end of problem.

I have recently owned two different HiLos and in both I had to replace the thermostats and the heat came on and no problem after that. $ 20 thermostats.

I had one break under my sink in my 1990 22 footer and went to Home Depot and a clerk showed me the connector to put the pipe back together. The pipe just plugs ( or snaps into) the new fitting and you are done. No glue, etc

Found a Replacement Solenoid Pulled the old solenoid and on the solenoid was name of manufacturer and product number. Went online to Amazon and they have the exact one by name and number and it will be delivered by 10 PM today. Cost was $22.
