still for sale...once i seal the drip edge I plan on listing locally. I towed it wtih an F150 with the 5.0 engine. I think gross vehicle weight is around 6400 lbs...but i need to look at the sticker this spring when I take it out from under the cover.

I replaced my Atwood electric jack with a new Barker jack. The Atwood motor works fine, but something on the ball screw is broke...it won't go up or down. If anyone needs a motor or the motor cap or the controls...it's free, just pay shipping.

For the exterior fans, when I upgraded to the dual ball bearing fans, they are absolutely quiet...at full speed. A big difference over the original fan that was there, so noise is no longer an issue. I suppose if you want to keep the original fan, then your idea would help in that regard.

One other thing...any fastener I remove I replace with stainless. No more rusty bolts.
