My Hi-Lo won't go lo.
Then there may be a deeper problem. I won't even raise off of the safety bar. I have made sure the master switch is the correct position.- invalid0user

My Hi-Lo won't go lo.
I have a 2003 T22. I can't get it to lower, and am stuck as to what it could be. The hydraulic pump does not even try to start, I was told there is a way to lower it manually. Any advice would be great.- invalid0user
