Looking for a HiLo We too live in Southern California, while visiting with grandkids in Las Vegas we found ours on Craiglist. I have founds others on craiglist you might have to travel but it will be worth it to get the right one.

Manual We have a 2000 22 towlite and printed a 1999 manual that was some what helpful. The best was the video. Found out by trial and error how to work the HiLo not everything is the same our black switch must be upside down. Just read all you can and you will be fine.
