    We had our original 2288 get stuck in the up position. Took days of troubleshooting before we found the hydraulic pump had accumulated dirt on the bottom contact and wasn't making connection. Cleaned, reassembled and good to go.

    HELP WANTED! My 1988 HiLo camper will not lower!

    Now it won't go down!

    won't go down We just went through that with our hilo. It ended up being dirty negative contact on the connection between battery and the bottom of the motor. This is on a 1988 Funchaser. After that was cleaned up everything is working fine.
