    A/C plug location

Jack and Janet, I'm in Brookings, OR, right by the ocean, for the kite festival, but they're having a heat wave, temps in the 80's. Which on the coast causes people to melt! Lol Needless to say, U.S. Coastal folks in the PNW area don't do heat well.

    A/C plug location

Eureka!! I found it inside the lower "cubby hole" in the bathroom cabinet. Quite the awkward position to get it plugged in, but now we have Air conditioning. Thanks, everyone for the suggestions and to encourage me to keep looking for that receptacle!

    A/C plug location

Jack, yes, I have that covered receptacle too right where the power cord comes out from the wall. I figure it has to be on the lower part of the cabinet somewhere and will continue to look this morning. I'm sure when I find it, it will be a "Palm, face plant moment)!

Camperd, Oh how I wish it would have been there! I'll keep looking today. I'll check around the cabinet and the inside too. Hopefully it won't get too hot today.

    A/C plug location

Sorry, I meant to make clear it was the air conditioning power cord that's located in the bathroom area. I can't seem to find the plug it fits into. It's that cord with the "dryer" type shaped prongs. I know it's here somewhere!

how about a different type of seal?

What a cool idea! About how wide are those worms?

how about a different type of seal?

Yes, considering I live in a PNW type of climate, keeping out rain and mud during transit is my primary concern, not drafts or cold so much, and you're right the pipe insulation can be used when that happens. Thanks, for your suggestion and pics especially, it helps to see what others have done...

how about a different type of seal?

I wonder if this would work for a 04 towlite 17T that I just purchased last week? Discovered that the bulb seal was failing or ripped in a few places. The trailer has the smooth sides though.

    California Hi-Lo Club?

Well, you're not that far away! Are there any get togethers in the near future or anytime in the future? I've got some trips planned in July for the Brookings, OR Kite festival and in August up in Tillamook, OR area. Most of my camping is done in Oregon or Washington.

Don't know if I'm too late, but as a new owner and solo traveler, would like to meet up with other owners and learn about my "new to me" trailer. Just purchased a 2004 170T TowLite and excited to learn all about it! I'm located in Redwood Country, Humboldt County Sylvia, Timmy and Becket-the...
