I downloaded the manual, but ununfortunately you can't see the words good enough to read. I don't have a battery and I don't know if it has that reservoir. I will check it out. Someone told me I can find a manual pump for these cases. Do you know anything about that? Thanks

Hi, I have a 1995 towlite 246tb, just bought it. The problem is that is raised and cannot lower it. I was wondering if it can be towed like that on top of a flatbed without damaging it. Thank you for the advise. Eli
