Mine, too
Looks exactly like mine, except for that awning. I wish I had one of those! Been living in it, east coast to west coast and back every year for several years. It's just wonderful.
I know that my Towlite (1995) Hi-Lo charges the battery when I'm driving down the road, but I live in it for 6 months every winter in Arizona.
Does the battery get charged when connected to 30-amp power? Or do I have to charge it up again, before hitting the road?
I have the exact same issue. Really rainy summer in the East. But now I'm here in "dry dock" in Arizona. I can actually see into the exterior walls from the outside (in a small place.) Obviously, some dry rot in there. And I haven't the first clue as to what to do to make things better.
How do...
Yeah, that's the case with my 1995 Hi-Lo. I just bought a bunch of cheap towels and stuck them in there, all around. I think this keeps out the cold better than noodles. Just my opinion.
When I push the button to lift the trailer top, the whole thing stutters as it goes up. I mean, it shakes.
It does go up, but it stutters. That's the only word I can think of.
Any idea what might be causing this?
It slides down perfectly well...
I have a 1996 Hi-Lo Towlite that has gone back and forth across the US with me several times in the last few years. It's my home. But I have an issue with the furnace.
When I first turn it on (especially when it's cold out) it squawks and squeals. Loudly, for a few minutes. Then it settles...
