I know that my Towlite (1995) Hi-Lo charges the battery when I'm driving down the road, but I live in it for 6 months every winter in Arizona. Does the battery get charged when connected to 30-amp power? Or do I have to charge it up again, before hitting the road?

Yeah, that's the case with my 1995 Hi-Lo. I just bought a bunch of cheap towels and stuck them in there, all around. I think this keeps out the cold better than noodles. Just my opinion.

When I push the button to lift the trailer top, the whole thing stutters as it goes up. I mean, it shakes. It does go up, but it stutters. That's the only word I can think of. Any idea what might be causing this? It slides down perfectly well...
