Garry, we are gettting the title info from the owner and registration info so we can call DMV and see. It was put to scrap but the owner of the scrap yard knows my hubby so he is checking info for us where he normally wouldn't otherwise.

Didn't see VIN so no make and model we have no clue Didn't know if we could see the whole VIN we looked but we haven't bought it yet. We were thinking of doing so for $200 which is a good price from a friend. But we didn't want to buy it if we have to pay a lot of $ for back registration.:(

I only have a plate showing three letters and then five numbers. We wanted to know if we would have to pay b]ack registration for it.
