As the subject states. Is it easy to remove the wallpaper on an 89 Voyager? Should I just paint over it? Also, in regards to the cabinets, should I sand them before painting?

Found it... Fuses are in the 12v inverter and there are some breakers in a lower cabinet to the right of the sink. It is a bed check valve. Local place has one for $16. Hope its easy to replace. Cant find a male plug.

Good day all! I have a '89 25ft. Water punp was replaced and while it was building up pressure, it stopped. I tested the wires and no 12v. Where would the fuse be? Also, it looked like water was coming out of the fresh water hose hook-up and pressure was building up there. Is that normal? Thanks...
