66 (i think) HiLo that won't lower
I have a recently purchased HiLo that will not lower. I have been told I could manually lower but cannot find instructions in manual that I have been able to find. Also, it feels to me like the release cable may be not working correctly. Any advice on repair or repair technicians in east TX...- tchaler
