I'm a newbie to RVs. Why do most winterization videos include "blowing out" the water lines prior to pumping in antifreeze? Seems like pumping antifreeze pushes out any remaining water anyway?

I have a 2024 Coachman Apex. Intermittently, every few hours, there is a “beep” about every 7 minutes apart. It comes and goes throughout the day and night. Nothing is on aside from a couple interior lights. It is heard outside and inside. I can’t figure out what it is.
