id my hi-l0

I just obtained a Hi-Lo camper which has a box about 12 feet long, a window in front and one on each side and the door in the back. I believe is a 1969 model year. Can anyone tell me what model it is and if any documentation is available. I would like to pretty much re-do the entire interior...
