Has anyone hauled a small motorcycle or scooter on there Escape 19? Front or back of trailer?

I am wanting to double tow my fifth wheel and a 4 seater RZR behind it. I have a 2018 290bh and a 2500 duramax. Weights and length are not a problem for the TV, I am just wondering if this rear hitch would be sufficient to pull 2500 pounds and if it is recommended to use this (bolt on) instead...

As full time volunteer camp hosts, I find a need for a generator in the 2800 range. Since 2 Honda Scooters occupy the bed of the truck, I want to add a rear trailer rack and mount the generator. I will have it done professionally, welding the hitch to the frame. Does anyone have any advice or...
