repair ceiling

Hello new to Hi-lo me an my wife love camping, and traveling, we have an Pop-up Hilo do not know model number, was given to us to refurbish and overhaul, hopefully be done before summer begins!

Does anyone know how to remove the wood beam in the photos with the warning sticker on it between the dining table and bathroom? Doesn't seem structural but do I have to get to it from under the roof? Thank you.
