wallpaper

We just purchased a 2002 Towlite a few weeks ago and I'd like to paint the walls and spruce things up inside. Does anyone have any tips, tricks or experience removing the wallpaper? There are some parts of ours that has wrinkled and it almost feels like vinyl wallpaper....? Any help or tips...
