1964 hi lo i got for free in a field

I will probably disconnect the two hoses, on fire wall, to heater unit & connect them together with a tube... See if that will work... It's like air will bubble in the radiator & push water into overflow bottle & out... a bit... Otherwise, the engine runs strong- no water in the oil...

thats even better and quicker than my idea. :) you smart for a gal LMAO :) not sure you are one? :) are you? great no water in oil is always a good thing lmao! you sure smart and hard working gal! let me know if you need anything. sure sounds like your problem. ok barb/?

Thanks, Mike... I grew up with two older Bros & liked to see how people fixed things. I've bought many cars & learned how to fix them. I like to save bucks & trailers or cars that are going to be "dead"... I love antique - vintage stuff...

I love that side of you! you sound like a very good, smart woman. one I would love to have !:) to bad i am to old, and decrepid. to be anything.

Well Mike, I'm sure that you have tons of great ability & spirit to offer your friends & any relationship you might desire!
I certainly enjoy hearing about what & how you work on your trailer. You have fantastic ideas...
Good luck with your operation tomorrow. Let us know how everything goes...

thing is you hook them both together at heater core, the bubble, if there is one has no where to escape from. you need an outlet from heater core, for air to escappe. if trapped inside.l-+
IT MAY ALSO BE LEAKING IS FLOOR WET INSIDE?

well you know you need water running in it , and water running out of it. to check it. :) oh I see now!

first off worry about all the other problems you have now with it.
fix all that, then worry about tires and rims? no? not being a smart$$$$ like others are either, just sayin! ya know? gotta get her livable first.:)

I don't know yet haven't taken it out with them on. soon as I can walk and it will be done. asap. still having to look at brake surge controller and fix it too. is don't need much may justneed fluid in it. lines are all good, but like the fool I am I dint take drums off to inspect when I put tires on now have to redo that scenario.
just hoping my leaf spring u bolts don't bottom out. its low but tires should be easier to change for sure. I hope. LOL gotta get this knee healed so I can get back to working on it. hurting bad right now. 15" tires especially 235-70 or 75's way to big for that small of a camper. idk why they had and came stock with 15" wheels. if I have to I grind u bolts off at nuts, under axle. to much sticking down anyways. it amazes me some of the BS I have found from the factory on this thing. like I said no wonder people always have to work on them. nice sweet little fall in love with campers but a nightmare as to how they were put together at the factory, and need fixed ALL the time. I love mine trying never to part with it tho. its very cozy to stay in. she's my babay! doing the best I can with and for her! I doubt I will ever call her finished! she never will be, in my mind. just new and improved, and improving! I cant stop working on her and fixin her up. so many neat things I want to do to her. I will Prolly have the most tricked out camper around the town. when I never get done with it, it's gonna be a classic for sure. lotsa neat tricks already in it. :)

I bought new tires (8 ply) when I brought her home, last Nov. So I'll keep the 15" on but buy some new rims later...
I checked out a company that had the pulleys & they want $44 each plus shipping fees...
I brought her home last evening & will work on her as soon as I get two more pulleys...
& yes, I'll need to solve the tongue prob...

I so hope you get Yer pulleys. that don't seem like a bad price I guess. no way, if you can get her back together for that. if you got new 15's, leave them on. just be prepared if/when they need changed on the road. 8 plies ya cant beat I guess. yeah I know about the financial situation for sure. that's a lot of what's stopping me, besides the knee operation, and no leg to walk on, lmao! :) best of luck barb. pm me let me know, or call me. pm or post me pics of the motor home! I bet ya cant wait for that huh? wanted oneall my life small class c.

Hinges

I have had good luck with putting hinges in paint stripper over night. An old tooth brush works well and heavy stripping gloves. Wipe off with paint thinner and spray with gold paint. They will look like "amillion bucks".

Wow looks so much like my '64 800 voyager! Unreal! Awesome! Ty:) I don't have the big cupboards in back tho, still same floor model/
almost exactly
lmao looks great!

lotsa work ahead of ya but you can do it. gonna look great I am sure. :) if it wasn't for that back rear window be like looking at the same camper lol idk if it was me, I know it isn't but, I would have reconditioned that used pulley. it don't look that bad of shape in the pic to me to scrap, no way. unless i'm missing something??? idk? I even zoomed on it and can't see where it's all that bad it needs to be replaced. like I said jmo. or is that one you are saving? there I go assuming!
