1991 Voyager -manual lift/lower component??

We just got a 1991 Hi Low Voyager--really cool -- but we are wondering if it can be lowered and raised manually. We saw on a informational video that it is possible on some models--but cannot find that on our trailer. Does anyone know about this model??

The manual lift was standard on some models and optional on others. If you look at the pump there should be a place for the manual jack handle to fit, it looks like the pump on a bottle jack. If it's there you will see it.
