I have my one owner, 22 ft Hi-Lo Classic for sale. It is in pretty decent shape for a camper that I've used with my family for 25 years. The wife and I do more traveling by air these days so it's time to give it up. We used it last in August 2019 (Pennsylvania to Virginia and back)
The good: The exterior has been repainted and new decals applied within the last 4 years. The tires are less than a year old. Has sporty aluminum wheels. The hot water heater is less than a year old. The awning is about 7 years old.
The average: The A/C unit is original but still works fine. The roof developed a leak about 3 years ago. It was coated with silicone paint and has been leak free since. 1/4 of the ceiling and 1/4 of the walls were redone at that time and look decent.
The bad: During my last trip, the fridge stopped cooling. Either the cooling unit needs rebuilt or replaced. There is one soft spot on the floor under the carpet in front of the couch. It was from a leaky water pump located under the couch. The water pump was repaired, the floor hasn't been repaired.
You can call this camper a fixer-upper but there is much more good than bad.
I'm asking $1500. If you are interested, please email me at

I probably won't check this posting for responses too often.
