We have a 1996 31B for sale. This trailer was owned by my wife's aunt and uncle since new and was stored indoors until we purchased it almost four years ago. We simply do not camp as much as we thought we would. This thing is in great shape, brakes and tires are less than four years old. I tow it with a half ton crew cab pickup and it pulls just as straight and as smooth as can be. It is located in Palm Coast, Florida.
