Hi-Lo 2002 2602FB purchased May 2012, non-smoking/non-pet unit. Gold series, which includes leather cushions. We were going to be snowbirds for up to 10 years and after one year sold permanent home and moved to Mesa, AZ so no longer needed trailer. We just returned from Grand Canyon north rim for last camping trip. We pulled with Dodge RAM 1500 pickup truck.
TRAILER EQUIPMENT
•Tires ST175/80R13/C tires. Purchased May 2014. Spare tire and cover located on back of trailer.
•Air conditioner 13,500 BTU.
•Furnace, 25,000 BTU, forced air furnace with vents in appropriate areas of trailer such as bathroom, etc.
•Refrigerator (4 cubic feet, fresh food, and freezer, 3-way operation (LP-gas, DC and electric).
•Cook top three burners with range hood/exhaust vent. Microwave in storage cabinet below cook top. Double sink/faucet in kitchen area, one has a cover. SHURflo water pump.
•Bathroom, toilet, single vanity sink, fiberglass shower with curtain and liner. Outside wash down shower. Water heater, LP gas. Roof top vents, two. Bathroom vent includes fan
•Sleeping area, sleeps 4-6
Queen size, pillow top mattress purchased May 2012. Bedspread included along with floor rugs

•Winegard RV antenna with power booster and coax connectors
•Clothes closet with hanging rack. Two wall mirrors.
•Front and side overhead storage cabinets. Storage cabinets below cook top, sink and in bathroom. Night stand/storage by bed. Storage under bench seats, couch and bed. Rear bumper storage. Side outside storage compartments
•A&E Sunchaser retracting awning . Replaced May 2012
•Keyed security dead bolt lock. Outside light by door
•Power converter. Designed to convert/charge 120 VAC to 12 VDC. Electrical supply by 110-125v AC, 60 Hz, 30-amp service.
•Two stage gas regulator changeover from empty to full LP gas cylinders (20 lb tanks). LP & CO detector
•Fresh water tank (30 gal), grey/black water (47 gal) tanks. New tanks were replaced at time of purchase in May 2014. Hoses for filling fresh water along with grey/black discharge hose.
•Front and side levels. Leveling/stabilizing jacks. Dexter dual axle (600-8,000 lbs), electric brakes. Equalizer hitch with sway bar. 1,200 lb hitch with hitch ball
•Telescoping switch for automatically raising and lowering in seconds
•Screen house, 12 ft by 12 ft for over picnic table, never used
•Coleman lantern, electric and/or chargeable battery. Grill for over fire (never used). Roasting forks and many other accessories included with trailer.
