i have a 2003 22 foot for sale great condition , i have put all led lights in it ,also color changing Led strips inside and under the awning , i istalled a new stove with 20 inch oven as it only had a stove top before, push button electric ignition, temp, gauge for oven, i installed a gauge that monitors the amp use on batteries, new aluminum rims and new tires less than 1000 miles on them , new quieter water pump, stereo inside and a stereo outside in the spot that used to be the outside shower, 3 way fridge, flat screen tv with built in dvd player, 12v to 110 inverter, rebuilt lift pump, new deep cycle battery and older spare. also has 3 optional outside storage boxs. i installed a 12v electric sealing fan with wall control, everything works , ac has optional heat, water heater is gas/electric, electric hitch jack, comes with a nice weight Distibution hitch. $8500 I'm in northern Illinois. will add more pics .

yes i did remove the bunk, still have the frame and mattress .
