I just purchased a 2004 22FT Hi Lo TL, does anyone know where I can get a operators manual?

Welcome to the forum!

You might find an owner's manual if you look near the bottom of the forum home page under the red banner that says "Library", and under that in the sub-forums, there's a button for "Hi Lo Owner's Manuals".

If you cant find a manual for the exact year----getting within a year or two is good enough. They rarely changed them much over the years.
