Unfortunately for me, the time has come to sell my Hi-Lo. It's still in great shape and has many more adventures in store for it with its new lucky owner. Never any major problems and well maintained. The decals are faded and pealing (as expected for the year), and there is a tear in the sofa fabric (attached picture) . All the creature comforts work great.

Trailer has a private bathroom w/ rear shower, sink, lavatory, and wardrobe. The kitchen has a double sink, 3 burner range with stove, Refrigerator/freezer combo and storage. Trailer sleeps 4-5. The jack knife sofa unfolds into a comfortable lounge bed, extra large front booth dinette converts into a 54" x 80" bed, and a drop down overhead bunk. Set-up and take down are simple and easy with the power expandable lift roof (no cranking necessary), and can be done by one person. Brand new awning, batteries, and tounge jack. Roof A/C, gas furnace, spare tire, 30 Amp power cord, and so much more.

- 520 lbs. tounge weight
- 6000 lbs GVW
- 4009 lbs dry
- 30 Gal Fresh Water
- 32 Gal Greay Water
- 30 Gal Black Water
- Ext Tow Height is 6'5" (Top Lowered)
- Int Ceiling Height 6'6" (Top Raised)
- Length 24'3"
- Width 7'11"

Thanks for looking, let me know if you're interested or have any questions on the trailer.
