I have a 2004 HILO 28ft classic for sale. The walls on this Hilo are going to need some repairs. Could be a great camper with some repairs to the walls and reseal the windows. I have used the camper for 2.5 years now with no leaks on the interior. Camper has a clean interior and everything is in working order. With some work this could be a great camper. I am pricing to allow for the repairs. You can still camp in this unit as is with all working components. Hot water tank, stove, refrigerator, furnace and ac is all working. The interior on this unit is in good condition along with the rest of the camper besides the wall damage on the two rear sides. I am asking 2100 as it is. I’m not really sure what caused this damage on this unit.I bought it with the thought of repairing the walls from a RV dealer in Michigan. Not for sure if previous owners hit something or this is all caused by water damage that was not caught for a long time.

Not really sure how this unit was damaged. Whether it is all moisture damage or something else. I have posted a few more pictures of the damage. Not for sure who previous owner was to get any information from them was a trade in at a dealership. They added support bracing on the rails to help support the load. Is it even worth the time and money to repair this unit. Everything on this unit works well it would be ashame for it to not be utilized for camping anymore.

Deer, looks as though most of the damage is caused by moisture, except the area where it looks like it was lowered TOO close to something. The trim wasn't damaged so that side was just too close. The repair kinda scares me, cause it looks as though that lower rail might have gotten soft or the new brace might be over kill.
The wallpaper area is for sure water damage--windows not sealed, roof caulk???
Just my thoughts

Thanks for your help. It does look like something may have happened while it was being lowered causing the damage. Thinking about putting some work into it. It was bought for deer camp and that may be were it stays and time will tell what happens. Hopefully can get a little more time out of it. It is pretty amazing the detail and thought HiLo has put into thier units.

Did you ever sell this camper? Not interested personally, but I have one I'm about to list and it too has some water damage. Wondering if you were able to get interested parties when the camper was not "ready to go".
