Known issues: Inverter doesn't charge house battery. Easy workaround: I have a separate battery charger for this.
Broken window (quarter panel) in kitchen area.

Good condition - could use some love. Inside is clean, nice and all original.

Looks like you have a nice clean unit. The new owner can install an inverter. The broken window can be taken out and a glass shop can make a new piece. Your unit is priced to sell. Best of luck with the move to California and your new RV.
