Trailer is in good shape with normal wear and tear. Good rubber. Awning has been patched. Has been stored in my garage in Redmond, Oregon. $8,900

New, never used, shower curtain. Small solar panel on roof. License is good through March 2023. Like new Patty O'Room goes with it.
