This is a 28ft. with the walk around bedroom in the back. This comes in so handy to fall into after a long day on the road. This also has the tip out extension, which gives a lot of extra room in the eating section. This has the day night shades, surround sound with dvd player. Will throw in the stabilizer bars also .
