This HiLo is in good condition. All appliances work well, and it is clean and well maintained. We had a roof leak three years back due to dried out caulk, but damage was slight. It was re-caulked and has been under cover since then. New tires and new toilet installed two years ago. This trailer is available to view in Montrose Colorado. We are asking $7500.
