PRICE IS $2,000 - trying to get out of my driveway.
2010 Hi-Lo 2810 - 28 feet long, 2 5/16 hitch. Dry weight is 4,700 pounds. Needs some work. With a small tip out/extension. Electric lift at the hitch.
Layout is walkaround queen size bed in the rear, mid bathroom with shower and foot flush toilet, three-burner stove and oven, three-way refrigerator, two basin sink, etc.
A/C blows but isn't cold, and water heater needs to be replaced. Again, this needs work. Some trim has popped off, and the seals need some help - either reworked or reinstalled. Furnace, stove, refrigerator work. Water system works, but the water heater is out so i can't vouch for hot side. It also developed a leak above the flush shutoff on the toilet last time we took it out. The foldout couch is all present, but it needs help, too.
