Purchased back in May '22. Mostly original. And most of the accessories are usable. All water. Electric heat, ac, stove. Haven't gotten the propane heat or the water heater to work, or the upper 12v. Enjoyed it all last year with minimal work done to it. New curtains and water line repair. Wanted to make sure it was worth investing in. We decided after a summer of fun it was. It does have some light water damage. Nothing that slowed us down. We felt like it had been repaired. No new dampness occurred while in our possession. We are learning as we go. Going to have to adjust the cables soon.
