Does this cover have a life expetency? What kind of material? What is the condition of the cover? Excellent, good or fair?

I don't know the life expectancy of this cover.. I've had it for three years, it came with my HiLo when we bought it. I forgot to put it in the HiLo when it got insurance totaled. It is in Really good condition, No Rips, No Tears All tie down straps still attached and zippers still work.
