Are these doors too heavy?

First I thought that it was the lean angle of the camper making the doors sag a bit (I had to lift up slightly to close them on occasion).

But then I found the hinges are weak and not closing all the way ( I can see a gap). Anything proactive I can do? Washers did not work.
