I just bought a 2404T and am doing some inspection and maintenance on it. I am in the process of working on the roof. With a thin layer of dust on the roof, I can see a fine pattern that may be micro cracks beginning to form. When I clean off the dust the micro cracks are still there.
My question is: Should I just clean and protect or put a fresh coat of rubber roof coating on?

Coat your rubber roof

I agree with Mike's advice. Spend the $ and coat the roof as per the directions on the can. Cheaper than a new roof. This way with two coats you are good for several years. Tape off where the roof turns down to the sidewall After applying the second coat immediately take the tape off the edge. This will give you a crisp paint line/edge.
