I have a 2001 17RK. Today while the unit was plugged into house power, I was doing some work on the outside of the trailer. As I knelt on the ground, I touched the body of the trailer. I immediately. got a low voltage shock. After I disconnected from house power, there was no shock. Any ideas what would cause this?

You have a poor neutral connection or the receptacle is wired reverse polarity.
Get a receptacle tester and see what it says.Receptacle tester - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

They are a good thing to have around. If the house wiring tests okay check the receptacles in the trailer to see if the wiring is okay there.
