As of today, 4/7/2010, Tom Stacey is now in charge of the Hi-Lo parts department, as well as the service department. So if you need to order factory direct Hi-Lo parts, call Hi-Lo at 1-800-337-6490 and ask for Tom Stacey.
Today was the first time that I had ever spoken to Tom, he's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a great guy.
Parts are a bit backed up at the moment due to the change over from J.R. Enterprises back to Hi-Lo. So please be patient with them. I think they give a lot more service and respect to their customers, then the other trailer companies do, I suggest that we show them the same courtesy, that way we continue to enjoy the unique relationship we have with Hi-Lo.
