Floorplans for 17' - 22' Hi-Lo's

Looking for used Hi-Lo and trying to narrow down search. Found a really nice floorplan in another brand and wonder if Hi-Lo has similar. This happened to be a 14' trailer. Upon entering trailer on right was a U-shaped sofa area. If you turned left, there was a separate 2 person dinette which lowered for sleeping. Have seen Hi-Lo's where 17' had only dinette, just read about a sofa and dinette unit that combined for one large bed, etc. What we want is two separate possible sleeping areas (not counting an overhead bunk)--what would be the shortest Hi-Lo with that floor plan. Have seen a 22' with the front couch which converts to bed and a separate dinette. Are there shorter versions of that floorplan?
