For Sale: 2001 Hi-Lo 17RK, needs work

I just took this camping and everything works great......here's what works

Air Conditioner
Heater
Refrigerator (gas ,12v, and 110V)
Water Heater
Stove
Water Pump
all gauges
Microwave
Toilet
All tanks are fine no leaks

This had a new axle, wheels, brakes, bearings, and tires replaced a couple of years ago. Brakes work great, all lights work

Here is the issue, according to J and R repair, the bottom of the top has a horizontal side railing that holds the cable in place, apparently has to be replaced, I'm too old to try something like this.......$3500 obo takes it
