Heater breaker blowing

2008 TowLite 17T. The circuit breaker mounted in the front corner of the furnace kicks off when the bed is setup. The heater is located at front corner of the trailer under the dining bench with one of the outlet vents within 6” inches of air inlet screen. When the table is the folded down and the sofa is extended I have the problem. The second outlet is near the back. There is nothing stored under the bed. I found if I took the wood cover off the bench it would keep running. Most the time but not always. The furnace manual states the circuit breaker should not be sensitive to temperature but it seems to be. There is a screen on the end of the bench but the furnace air intake is actually in the back of the unit. The air has to travel past the two flexible hoses that come out of both sides of the front of the unit to get to the back. In addition, one of those hoses is pinched by the gas line.
It seems my problem would be fixed by better air flow in and out but I am not sure what would work.

I have a similar issue with the beaker tripping on the heater in my 2305

Furnace Breaker Problems

I am surprised that no one can give us information on a probable cause or some things to check. I would like to understand if the breaker is temperature sensitive or just sensitive to current.

Have you tried tracking down a service manual online? Try inputting the make/model on the manufacturer's website, or search on Google for make, model, service manual.

Heater service manual.

Have read the service manual. It gives me a dozen things to look at. I was hoping I could narrow it down based on the experience of other owners that have had the same problem. If I open up the seat my problem goes away. Do I need to ge more air in or heat out more freely or is the issue a the breaker? What do I look at first?

Steve, you and I have essentially the same trailer and I've never experienced the problem you are having. We've run the furnace with the bed platform down across the full width of the trailer and with everything stowed and the dinette set up. If a hose is pinched, I'd try to correct that condition.
