I have the above mentioned Hi-Lo , it has been raising perfect since I got it last year BUT last week I went out to raise it to air out for a trip and cannot get ANYTHING from it . I tried jumper cables and I've even replaced the battery and still nothing DOES ANYONE know what may be the problem ? AND is there a way to manually raise the top 1/2 so I can still use it. I'm a Disabled Vet. and camping is the only thing that keeps me going. thanks for ANY help !

Is the "multi-position" switch in the raise/lower position? There SHOULD be a manual way to raise the top too. Look for a short bar lying in the vicinity of the lift motor. Put it into a round hollow tube there and just work it back and forth. (At least that's what we have on the later models. I feel there must be something similar on earlier ones.)

Not all models had the master switch also not all had the manual pump option, it was an extra option for many years.
Put the jumper cable negative to ground on the pump frame, then touch the positive cable directly to the solenoid terminal that goes to the pump motor, if the motor is ok it should start running, if it does we can trouble shoot from there. Post back.
