Hi Lo pricing

Unfortunately I am going to have to sell my 2805C Hi Lo. Since the wife got cancer and passed away the Hi Lo just is sitting in my back yard. Since it is not being used I am going to sell it. Can anyone tell me where I can look up it's value. We enjoyed camping so much and there are many many wonderful memories in the Hi Lo. But time moves on and it's just sitting there since camping is just not the same. Appreciate any help.

Nada has rv values although some say they are a little on the optimistic side.
