Hinges

Does anyone know where I can get a set of hinges for the jackknife couch in my 3389b. Both sides are broken, and I don't think they can be repaired.

I have a 1978 im taking the couch out of, it still folds flat easily, you have pics? i can see if its the same . id sell mine for sure!
