Today I finally took legal possession of my 2009 Towlite 17. It seems to be in pretty decent shape other than the water damage on the sidewalls, the passenger side being the worst.

Welcome to the forum

Make sure your roof is dry. Coat and use externabone to repair. Then you can work on tearing out the walls and repairing the water damage. One source of water intrusion is the windows. You will need to remove all the windows and reseal with new butyl tape and Lexel caulk. Plenty of posters here have had to do major repairs. We love to answer questions.
