Location of Vin number for 1980 fun chaser Hi Lo

I need to register my Hi Lo and Colorado requires a vin verification. I can not find the location of the vin #. Please help as to where I can locate it

Look for a stamping somewhere on the tongue area. Obviously you have looked for a sticker somewhere on the outside walls.
