Hello, I need help. We live in the San Fernando Valley and bought our 2005 27T 10 years ago. Our trailer needs multiple repairs and we are looking for someone who get get our trailer lowered, and deliver it to their site to do the repairs needed. I have not been able to find anyone in SO CA that does repairs in HILO's. We are also willing to consider selling it to someone who is interested in refurbishing the unit for themselves. The interior is in great shape but the hydraulics are not working and the graphics need replacing. We do not have a vehicle to tow the camper and are looking for a much smaller pop up or A-frame. I Appreciate any suggestions anyone has.:)

Hi and welcome to the forum! Do you know if your trailer has the manual backup system? It would be right in front of the hydraulic reservoir in the battery compartment. If so, you should be able to lower it manually. You will still need to have someone pull the safety cable out while operating the manual valve.

I'm in Southern Riverside County but do not know of any repair shops for Hi-Lo's. I have the same unit as you, 2005 27T, so if you find a repair shop, if you would, please let me know of the location.:)

I would be happy to Garry. I am going to cal my dealer in Santa Ana to see if they have any resources. Lucky Dog suggested this. Have a great weekend.

Lucky Dog,
Thank you. I will check it out and let you know . I also saw a way to lower using a jump from the car. Thanks again for your support.

Califlower, if you have the manual hydraulic pump (it was an option available on the Towlites), it will look like this. It is the silver metal unit on top of the plastic fluid reservoir.

I found someone by the name of Bobby who is coming out in 2 weeks. His phone818-576-9100.
Califlower,

if Bobby doesn't work out, try Terry Volks <btvolks@cox.net>. I haven't been in touch with him for about 3 years. He's a former Hi-Lo dealer, and back then he had a stash of spare parts. He repaired the lift system on our 2595 Hi-Lo and did excellent work. Hope the e-mail address is still good.
