Cool! And you had a "shakedown" camping experience too!

Looks a pretty unit! *thumbsup*

What a nice looking Hi Lo! Congratulations to you Luckydog671! Take good care of that baby and it will last a very long time!!!

Looks great! All your pre buy research paid off.

I second that, since I finished the remodel on the house and the wife doesn't want anymore holes in the Sheetrock, it's out to the hi-lo to do the next mod. Watch out you'll get the mod bug too

Looks like a very nice well cared for unit. How does your wife like it? Inside pictures please.

Thanks, Sam! My wife really likes it. :) We both liked the layout of the older 22' Classic model we looked at previously but we wanted to see the 24' Towlite with the tip-out in person before making a final decision. She really liked the way the tip-out opened up the main cabin. The newer unit we ended up buying is much cleaner and nicer inside and out than the Classic we looked at so that sealed the deal!

I just started going through the interior today trying to learn where everything is so will try and get some interior photos in the next day or so.

Inside Photos

Attached are some photos of the interior of the trailer. You may notice that the fabric on the dinette and sofa is actually the 2006 model colors. We believe this is because the trailer was manufactured at the very start of the 2007 model year. Date of manufacture is May, 2006 but it is a 2407T model according to the trailer ID plate, and it was registered as a 2007. I also noticed in the owner's manual that a couple of labels had been placed over certain information to indicate that it was a 2007 so it appears Hi-Lo hadn't even printed the 2007 manual yet.

The carpet was installed by the previous owner and is just loosely laid on the original flooring which appears to be linoleum.

Looks really nice, Greg. Good buy!

Thanks, Jack!

Additional info: I was not able to obtain the original purchase documentation but the trailer appears to be originally sold from Dinuba RV in Rio Vista, CA (SF Bay area) as there is a dealer sticker on the exterior near the entry door. It looks like they are out of business now but I'm guessing they were a Hi-Lo dealer.

The original owner owned it until 2011, then sold it to the fellow I purchased it from so I am the 3rd owner of the trailer.

Luckydog,

There were only a few Hi-Lo dealers in CA. Dinuba RV started out near Visalia (Kings' Canyon area) and then the owner moved it north to Rio Vista. They sold most of the factory Hi-Los in Northern CA. There was another dealer in El Cajon outside of San Diego, and I think there was also one in LA.

We would visit Dinuba RV every time we were traveling thru Rio Vista to the Sacramento Delta.

Looks great. Wish I could get mine to shine like that. :) You should have a great time with it.

Congratulations on your new TT.

When we bought our Hi-Lo 1 1/2 Yr ago, we found a dealer in El Cajon that still had three new ones in stock. He has a very well priced 24T but I just did not have the time to drive there and back from the Seattle area.

Incidentally, I can't tell for sure, but it looks like your trailer does not have a stereo installed. Some had the stereo and speakers in the forward, upper cabinets. Others had the stereo installed in the upper cabinet above the kitchen counter, and the speakers in the forward, upper cabinets. Mine did not have a stereo, but I found that it had the wiring provisions installed. I mounted a stereo in the factory location above the kitchen counter and the speakers in the forward cabinets. All the wiring was there, so it was an easy job.

Hi Raul,

I believe the dealer in El Cajon is this one: RV Rentals, Sales, Service, Camper Trailer Outlet

They do advertising on RVTrader.com This is probably the same former Hi-Lo dealer Les mentions so it looks like they are still selling used ones. Anyone on the west coast looking for a Hi-Lo may want to consider giving them a visit!

You are correct that there is no stereo in the unit. I'll take a look in the locations you mention to see if I can locate the wiring. How would you run the speaker wiring from above the kitchen counter to the wall above the dinette?

Thanks,
