I have been trying to contact the Hi Lo Trailer Company to ask about a set of lift cables that I ordered. No one answers or returns my calls. Anyone heard anything?

My dealer said that the factory is shut down this month. I assume they are waiting for some orders to build up.

That would explain why there has been no response to the six calls and two voice messages I've left since Monday! Thanx

Called again today, was told my parts would be shipped today.

I called the factory today just to touch base with them. Tom said the factory is open this month, but it's slow right now, so they aren't always working 8 hour days.

At a time when some manufacturers went out of business, it's good to see that Hi-Lo has been run well enough to make it when times are slim.
